Pickup/Delivery Windows
Find out when pickups and deliveries are free
Spring Semester (for summer break): Free pickups typically begin on or around the first day of final exams and end on the last day of final exams for the Spring Semester.
Extensions for free pickups are provided if you are required to stay until/past commencement with prior arrangements agreed upon, text us to be sure this is possible. Free pickups can also be provided if you need to leave prior to final exams with prior arrangements agreed upon, text us to be sure this is possible.
Pickups scheduled outside of this period will incur a $100 – $500 charge depending on the school, date, and time, again subject to availability.
Fall Semester (for winter break): Free pickups need to be agreed upon for any study abroad or pickups before winter break.
Off-campus: Pickups more than 3 miles from campus will also incur a surcharge of $50 for the first 3 miles and $3 per additional mile.

Free Delivery Window
The Early Delivery Window begins the Friday and/or Saturday the weekend before the first day of classes for the Fall Semester, again subject to availability and prior agreement.
The Standard Window is four days prior to the first day of classes for the Fall Semester.
The Late Window is the Friday and/or Saturday the weekend after classes begin for the Fall Semester, not all schools this will apply to, please text us to be sure.
Any deliveries outside of these windows will incur a $100 – $500 fee.
Off-Campus: Delivery locations that are more than 3 miles from campus will incur a surcharge of $50 for the first 3 miles and $3 per additional mile.

Resident assistants/resident advisors (RAs), athletes, and students that need to arrive early on campus for orientation or other academic reasons can request free delivery on dates that are outside the normal free delivery window, however, again, we need prior agreement in these cases.
