25% Rebate Discount Terms
Customers may redeem only one promotional offer per storage term. This includes, but is not limited to, rebates, referral credits, and discount coupons. Promotional offers may not be combined under any circumstances.
To be eligible for the 25% rebate discount, the customer must meet all of the following conditions:

Minimum Storage Term:
The customer must store items with Dorm2Dorm for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months. Customers storing for fewer than three months may still qualify if they elect to prepay for a full three-month term at the time of booking. Storage terms of less than three months, without prepayment for the full term, do not qualify for any discounts or rebates. Unless pre-approved via text with the office to modify the duration. -
Proper Rebate Submission:
The customer must submit the completed rebate form via text message to Dorm2Dorm’s designated office text line. The rebate form is available at www.dorm2dorm.com/rebate. Submission may include uploading the completed form to a cloud-based file sharing service (e.g., Google Drive) and sending a shareable link via text. -
Account Standing:
The customer must have paid all invoices, including monthly storage rent, in full and on time throughout the entire storage term. Any missed or late payments will result in automatic disqualification from the rebate program. - Rebate Submission Window
Customers may submit their rebate request any time after Dorm2Dorm has picked up their items. The deadline to submit the completed rebate form is thirty (30) calendar days following the delivery of your stored items. Submissions made outside of this window—whether before pickup or more than 30 days after final delivery—will be considered ineligible and automatically disqualified.
Processing Time:
Rebate requests will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of receipt, provided all eligibility requirements are satisfied.
